At KMWP, both adults and teens have the same opportunity to volunteer and contribute as much time as they’re able. While adults may take on roles such as workshop facilitation or speaking at events, we encourage teens to play a role in supporting workshops, assisting with event coordination, or sharing their personal experiences.

 

Though the tasks may vary based on age and experience, both groups contribute to our mission in meaningful ways. Whether you’re an adult or a student, your time and efforts are equally valued in creating a positive impact for the community.
